Application Process (Read Carefully)

The festival will be held at German American Social Club (11919 SW 56th Street Miami, Florida 33175), from 12 Noon to 6 P.M. on Saturday, March 09, 2024

Application Procedure

Fill out and submit the Non-Profit/Health Provider form below, noting the total vendor fees for payment.
You will be re-directed to the Method of Payment tab, where you can follow the instructions to use 1 of 3 methods for payment of total vendor fees to the St. Patrick’s Day Committee Inc.
All applications should be sent as early as possible as space is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Confirmation and additional information will be emailed no later than March 1, 2024, to notify you of acceptance. FEBRUARY 26, 2024 is the deadline for receipt of applications, IF YOU WISH TO BE INCLUDED IN THE OFFICIAL FESTIVAL BOOK. NO APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER March 1, 2024.
We cannot reserve any space without the completed application, signed release, and the paid entry fee. There shall be no refunds after March 1, 2024.
An accepted application is a commitment on your part to appear and participate in the festival.

Location and Set-Up

Set up may begin on Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m.
All vendors must be set up and all vehicles removed from the festival grounds no later than 11:00 a.m.
The Site Coordinator will arrive at the festival grounds by 8:00 AM to provide assistance to vendors as required.
The site fee you have paid grants you a display of approximately 10 x 10 feet (with a 1-foot perimeter directly surrounding your site).
All vendors may provide their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. or rent from us for a fee (see front of this application for pricing and sizes).
We suggest that each vendor be prepared with waterproof tarps in the event of inclement weather.

Regulations

The St. Patrick’s Day Committee, Inc. reserves the right to refuse services, works and products in its sole and absolute discretion.
By submitting this application, you are committing to remain at the festival until dusk. Do no break down until the conclusion of the festival at 6:00pm. No vehicles will be permitted on the festival grounds prior to the end of the festival (regardless of inclement weather).
Your signature on the application is your commitment to abide by the regulations of the St. Patrick’s Day Committee, Inc.

The submitter of this form, in exchange for good and valuable consideration, hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the St. Patrick’s Day Committee, Inc. from any and all claims for casualty, personal injury or other loss or damage that arises out of or is related to the Vendor’s participation in the St. Patrick’s Day Festival to be held on Saturday, March 09, 2024. The undersigned further acknowledges that the Vendor Fee is non-refundable for any reason. In the event of cancellation, the Festival will not be-re-scheduled. The Festival will be held at German American Social Club (11919 SW 56th Street) from 12 Noon to 6 P.M. on Saturday, March 09, 2024. Please provide a copy of 1) IRS letter confirming 501(c)(3) status; and 2) a certificate of insurance naming the St. Patrick’s Day Committee, Inc. as an additional insured.
